V rámci projektu byl vypsán tendr na nákladní auta na odvoz pevného odpadu, nákladní auta s vodními nádržemi a traktor. Uzávěrka přihlášek do tendru je 31. května 2006. Tendrová nabídka musí být zpracována v angličtině.

This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for that appeared in UN Development Business No. 667 of 30 November 2005.
The Republic of Tajikistan has received a grant from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Municipal (Communal) Infrastructure Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the grant proceeds to payments under the contract for procurement of solid waste, washing trucks and tractor (contract No. MIDP 003).
The Project Management Unit (PMU) on behalf of SUE KMK now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for delivery of solid waste, water tank trucks and a tractor to project sites, namely the following towns: Qurghon Teppa, Kulob, Konibodom, Istaravshan, Gharm, Danghara, Vosse and Vahdat. The delivery period is: the earliest delivery time is five weeks after the contract signature and latest delivery time is ten weeks after the contract signature.
Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, May 2004 and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the guidelines.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from PMU and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address below from 0900 to 1600 hours, from Monday to Friday.
Qualifications requirements include: at least two years experience of supplying similar goods; (ii) execution of at least two contracts performed in the last two years for supplying similar volume of goods; (iii) the annual average business turnover not less than US$ 800,000 over the last three years. A margin of preference shall not be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of US$ 50 or TJS 150.
The Bidding Documents will be sent by airmail for overseas delivery and surface mail or courier for local delivery, or by email (in PDF).
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 1000 hours on 31 May 2006. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend in person, at the same address. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount of US$ 8,500 or an equivalent amount in TJS.
